- EASY TO INSTALL: Bulkhead fitting need 1-1/5 inch diameter hole to install, maximum thickness for use is 5/8 inches (the wall thickness of plastic drums is usually 0.1-0.2 inch), almost suitable for all thickness of barrels. Simply drill a hole, and thread the attached wire down through the hole then slide the bulkhead fitting down the wire as a guide- works well for barrels with and without open top design.
